BSWCC is committed to providing a safe environment for children and young people with a zero-tolerance approach to any child neglect or abuse as all children and young people have the right to feel safe. All BSWCC coaches and volunteers are committed to safeguarding children and young people involved in the club and all require valid Working with Children Checks. The policies that BSWCC aligns with under the requirements of Cricket Australia and Cricket NSW are below.
